This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications published by Canberk Hayretdağ ("we", "us") and to the newsletter on canberkhayretdag.com. It explains what information we collect, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Purchases: in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details; we only receive confirmation of your purchase status.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, or health data unless an app explicitly asks for it for a clearly stated feature, and only with your permission.

To provide, maintain and improve the app's features.

To manage your account and subscription status.

To diagnose crashes and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

Our apps may rely on trusted third-party providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, AI processing and subscription management. These providers process data only on our behalf and under their own privacy policies.

Content you submit to AI-powered features may be sent to an AI provider solely to generate the requested result.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect only your email address and the date and page you subscribed from. You do not need to create an account anywhere to subscribe.

Your email address is stored with our email provider, Kit (kit.com), and is used only to send you the newsletter and related announcements. We never sell or share it.

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing us.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your information only as long as needed to provide the app or as required by law.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data and account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Where available, you can also delete your account from within the app.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

Children

Our apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
